The cast resin phase shifting transformer is the dry type transformer with the highest insulation grade. The main insulation is Nomex insulation system, which is cast with resin. Nomex paper has a switchable acid and alkali resistance and can be compatible with various oils, resins, substitute paints, fluorocarbons and coolants. Drying made with it can be used in harsh environments and end in life. After that, it can be easily decomposed and processed without causing environmental hazards. The reliability of the high-voltage inverter device is improved, and the volume of the entire device is reduced.

Cast resin phase shifting transformer is a device that converts an alternating voltage according to the principle of electromagnetic induction. The transformer generally has two independent windings, an initial line and a secondary one, and the two windings share a core.The primary winding of the transformer is connected to the AC power source, and an alternating current flows in the winding to generate a magnetic potential, so that there is an alternating magnetic flux in the closed core. The primary and secondary windings cut the magnetic lines of force, and the secondary frequency can sense the same frequency of alternating current.The turns ratio of the primary and secondary windings of the transformer is equal to the voltage ratio.
